Recent News Stars Come Out to Support HeartShare
It was a star-studded evening as HeartShare celebrated its Annual Spring Gala and Auction on April 8 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. In addition to David Chase, James Gandolfini, Lorraine Bracco, Dominic Chianese, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Robert Iler, and other Sopranos cast members present to support honoree Tony Sirico, stars from All My Children were on hand to honor their co-star Cameron Mathison. Board member and Emmy-winner Linda Dano presented Mr. Mathison with the award named in her honor. HeartShare Board member Michael P. Kiley and General Manager of the Brooklyn Cyclones Steve Cohen were also honored. HeartShare Board member Rosanna Scotto attended between news broadcasts with Nick Gregory and Mike Woods of the Fox 5 News family.
The event helped to raise more than $630,000 for HeartShare's programs. HeartShare appreciates the support from all who attended or made a donation to the event. To view photos from the event, visit the 2008 Spring Gala and Auction Album page.
