Our Programs: HIV/AIDS Services

HeartShare provides much-needed services to approximately 500 individuals and families affected by HIV or AIDS. Our focus is on keeping individuals healthy longer, thereby keeping the family together longer. We help families recognize their own strengths and abilities and support them as needed. In particular, HeartShare helps individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS understand what options are available to them and assist with day-to-day living arrangements.
