HeartShare's programs for children, families and the developmentally disabled assist more than 17,000 New Yorkers annually.

Our Programs: Wellness Center

HeartShare Wellness, Ltd. is a non-profit Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center specializing in comprehensive and quality health care services for individuals with developmental disabilities. While independently incorporated, HeartShare Wellness, Ltd. is affiliated with HeartShare Human Services of New York.
