Celebrating our Impact: Heartshare’s 2024 Impact Report

The past few years have brought tremendous growth for Heartshare. We are thrilled to see this reflected in our 2024 Impact Report. The perseverance of the communities we serve, the dedication of our staff, and the generosity of our supporters are why Heartshare has stood proudly for over 150 years. These same reasons drive us to keep pressing forward today.  

A few of the outstanding milestones we achieved this past year include:

• 100% of youth engaged in St. Vincent’s American Dream Program either graduated from high school or obtained their HSE/GED.

• Heartshare schools achieved enrollment rates of over 90%, up from an average of 80% the previous school year.

• Innovative partnerships for Developmental Disability Services, like our collaboration with the NYU School of Engineering, have helped take our program participants to new heights.

The results in the report highlight the impact we’ve made in our field and in the communities we support. 

Thank you for growing with us as we make progress towards realizing Heartshare’s vision: that every single New Yorker, regardless of their circumstances, is given the opportunity to thrive and live their fullest life.
